it really is simple, but not easy

I think this is more advanced ,but I don't have all the fancy words for it.

It is all pretty simple, get out of our stories and our feeling this is all much more important than it is and pay attention to what is in front of you. It is beautiful and ugly but it is, all our feelings about it and the stories we tell do not change what it is, just how we feel.

So tonight I am tired, really tired, and I am going to finish what I need to finish and sleep very well.

    the simpler you get you start happy by just 'being'
    when you get away from simplicity your happinness become dependant on 'doing'....
