If anyone has looked at quantum physics or science they know the sun will die and are planet must end. Sometimes I wanna think well this is a crock o shit then. Then I come back and realise something more. The experience of just being here. Realising suffering around me. Young laying in bed gasping thinking im but a spec in this vast universe. This moment keeps proving all I need to know all thats worth anything.

    Interesting observation. I suppose everything has to move and flow into something else. Always evolving and changing.

    yes I do like to take a belief that karma and rebirth are not absolutely necessary to practice.

    It isnt buddha teaching to practice karma and rebirth, but be non grasping. If you cant sustain on constant middle way of non grasping. you ought to know that it is this karma and rebirth that prevent you from absolute non grasping.

    Life has much much meaning, well to me at least. Every breath I take in I cherish, every person I meet and have a conversation with, I cherish, every moment the beauty of compassion is noticed within a community, I cherish. The here and now my friend, not in a billion years, let yourself worry about that then if you believe you will be reborn up until that point.

    ... oops, that's one of those cramp inducing "little pearl of wisdom" posts I can't stand. But it's true IME, both meaning and no-meaning... are like swinging my arms in the air.
