Strange sounds coming from the sky?
My Grandma told my family that the small town in Mexico she lives in has been hearing sounds from the sky and that now it's all over her local news. So I looked it up, and found this. She mentioned a passage from the bible that has to do with angels playing trumpets as a warning. They tend to be very superstitious over there, so it's something they all take seriously. But either way I thought it was really interesting stuff.

Yes, this town my grandma lives at actually has tons of UFO and supernatural type phenomena. It's also the place where I had my very first paranormal encounter as an adult. It was my first paranormal encounter that really made me realize there is so much more to life, that modern science cannot yet explain.
There are no military bases there, not sure about weather stations. As this is a very small town she is from. Maybe a few thousand people at most or less than that. When something big happens, everyone knows. So the whole town is still a bit shaken up from the recent sounds.
These sounds coming from the sky have actually been happening all over the world. They seem to have started in January of this year, and have still been occurring. As my Grandma reported to us last night over the phone. Here is another video of the same type of phenomena that happened in Canada.
I just had a thought. Weren't there some predictions for a year of very serious solar storms? I've never heard of those producing sounds, but they do disrupt cell phone use and other technology, and there are visual effects.
Very true, there's so much more to life than meets the eye, isn't there?
In all seriousness, that's scary. Really.
Shit. Better convert to something to save my soul. I don't know which religion to convert to, though. Islam? Christianity? Zoroastrianism?
There's a really hilarious alien encounter story in a book by a physicist who won the Nobel Prize. He had a vacation place in a remote mountain area in Northern California, and encountered a strange figure that he took for a raccoon. The next thing he knew, it was the next day, he was lying out in a field on his large property, and remembered nothing between the encounter with the odd little being and the moment when he came to consciousness the next day. It seriously freaked him out. It's a great book, about his experience winning the Prize (completely unexpected. Local news headline: "Surfer wins Nobel Prize", he was a surfer), and his thoughts on a variety of subjects. "Dancing Naked in the Mind Field" is the title.
@Bekenze Zoroastrianism might be cool. Or Manicheism.
Good find, though.
oh...you're right. The village people in Mexico aren't faking it. hm...
Sorry.. not the film thread..
