    ha, a diamond planet! What the writers at Cracked have missed is the fact that the reason diamonds are in demand is DeBeers' global marketing campaign and control over the resource. Diamonds are actually pretty ordinary (and boring, imo). Now, if they find an emerald planet, or a green garnet planet, that would get my attention. ;)
