Hey everyone,
I hate to disturb you all again, but I was wondering if some of the good folk on here could lend me their eyes.
I am finally going to give in tonight and possibly take one of my herbal sleeping pills. ( i really need to get some sleep).
Anyway, I will make this really quick. I found the first place I would like to visit, but I like to be slightly informed before I go anywhere. could you take a look at there website and let me know what you think it in regards to what tradition/lineage/school they would be teaching and which meditation practise? All I have managed to figure out is that is obviously Tibetan, so it would be Mahayana. But not sure on the school/lineage or meditation they would use.
My eyes are finally failing me, and I don't seem to be seeing/finding this info in there lol so I'm gonna head of to bed. If anyone can give it a quick browse over i'd appreciate it!
here they are

"This organization follows the principles of the Gelug lineage of His Holiness The Dalai Lama. (...)
As devout practitioners of meditation as taught by Tibetan Buddhism, Gaden Samten Ling believes that our community can greatly benefit from the practice of meditation. Meditation offers a scientific path of self-introspection and wisdom, of not reacting with negativity and of cultivating positive mental qualities instead."

"Meditation and Teaching: Depending on the class, the type of meditation and teaching will vary. Beginners class places an emphasis on non-religious meditations such as breathing meditations and calm abiding meditation to settle the mind and body, and bring focus to the mind. Students may also choose to do a visualization of the Buddha or the practice of tong len (the practice of understanding others' suffering and sending out compassion). Other classes delve more deeply into other forms of meditation, including analytical and deity yoga."
