    thanks Brigid! I've spoken to my prof about this, and she said I had discovered biofeedback through meditation, I thought it was so cool, and now I've learned to cure headaches through meditation (not migranes though, but they're rare enough I don't worry about them).

    My sister works on her migraines with meditation, Greg. I don't how far she's gotten yet but she's working on it.
