There is no real one to be called deluded.
Finding faults with others or self is a limited statement because it doesn't
make allowances for the difference between discernment and judgement.
Discernment is observing without becoming attached to that sight.
Judgement is where the observation is really just an expression of attachment.
The real question is "Is the observation of a particular fault, attachment bound or not?"

Discernment is a manifestation of equanimity & freedom
whereas judgement exists for self identification & control.
You determine one from the other by their fruit.
