walking with insight meditation
do you do walking meditation?
start to do at least 10 minutes from today as follow:
raise one foot with the mind knowing that
1.there are four elements-apo, thejo, vayo, patavi which is Rupa
2.called 'foot' to Rupa which is perception
keep the foot on the floor with the mind knowing
3. floor (carpet or cement or sand or grass) which is again Rupa and Perception
when Rupa contact with Rupa
4. consciousness (body consciousness) arises then there is Feeling
5. this feeling can be pleasurable or not pleasurable or neither-pleasurable-nor-not pleasurable which is again Perception
and
6. the whole thinking process go through raising the foot and keeping the foot on the floor is volitional activities/Sankhara
now you have experienced five aggregates with one step
do this for 10 minutes
at the beginning do this slowly
try to do this at least one hour (6 times 10 minutes would do)
and then tell your experience then it is possible to guide you to the next stage
there is 95% possibility that there is no need to guide you further
