It explores the nature and validity of the naked mind. I particularly liked the idea of the dark retreat and living on herb flavoured mist. Maybe I'll just get a gold star and stick it on my forehead. Used to know someone who had a star tattooed on his forehead. Now we are talking . . . ultimate mind chill . . .
