    english ?:P

I can understand some of these words, since the sanskrit( I think?) above is close to Pali with many words. I'm assuming it is boundless friendliness because of the title.

here is a metta chant in the pali(with pali words and English translation). Both of the videos are beautifully sung.

It is difficult to find a decent English translation - this is a poor understanding but in all translations there is the essence of boddhisattvas striving for the benefit of everyone...

The avolokiteshvara mantra - 'the mantra of the compassionate lord who looks down upon the world'

    respect for the triple gem
respect for the ocean of noble wisdom, the illuminator and the great host (a bodhisattva)
to the tathagata, arhat, the perfectly awakened one
respect to all tathagatas, arhats and the fully and perfectly awakened ones
    respect to the noble Avalokitesvara
and to the bodhisattva, the great being, the greatly compassionate one
bearing the burden [the torch of enlightenment])
for everyone and revealing, purifying and leading the way for everyone
