I decided last fall to try and keep my ultra hot peppers alive. Built a 'shanty greenhouse out of 1X2's and plastic. By November a heater went in. Little did I know it was going to be the coldest winter in a long time here in New England. Yesterday I had the 'unveiling" lol! A bit worse for wear and tear but plenty alive! Bob

Now people can provide their favourite sweet chilli and garlic sauce recipes or similar. Yum.
I dry them. Some dehydrated,some roasted for smokey flavor and crush them. Either way its VERY hot!
