I just want to share a resource I came across yesterday.

This is the website of Mindah-Lee Kumar. She is a former Buddhist nun and has completed a three year retreat.
I've enjoyed watching her videos, maybe its the Aussie accent or the pretty face :shrug:, and find that she explain things well.
