Does anyone in here use any personalized mantras by any chance? Like keep repeating "i breathe peace" or anything else you feel like you need?

Yes, when I meditate, sometimes I breathe in on one word, and breathe out on another.
Positive affirmations are also very beneficial over a period of time....
No need for it but I have a personalised mantra:

Yes, be creative, use what works. With meditation I sometimes find phrases like "be well" and "resting in the present" helpful. And off the cushion I use simple labelling like "seeing", "feeling", "walking" as a structure for mindfulness. And so on,
