The Power of Trite

As a wannabee New Age Buddhist, I will try anything, even meditation. :p

On your tablet or computer, you can download animated gifs [search 'Buddha animated gifs' in Google] into a directory/folder and just clicking on it will probably bring up a viewer with a slideshow option.

Garish or what? Calm yourself, more sedate/still images can be used as wallpapers or slideshows for 'instant techno shrines'.

... perhaps there are apps for phones too?

    Guided meditations ar OK if the voice outside my head shuts up after a few minutes or so —so that I can dive in...
