Heard on another thread ...
Today Calcetines and I finally went back into the garden, and I made a recording right before I meditated standing. It's just us playing in the grass; Calcetines running, digging, walking slowly and exploring; it's just a nice happy sound.
Has anyone done this, recording some favorite sounds and noises to meditate? If no, what would you record?

It is unsound to be right but wrong to feel one is wrong. In other words doubt when it is not obsessive/clinical self doubt, can be unsettling. In a similar way the trump judges and certain dharmaists are little more than self amusers ...
To be independent of our opinions, that is a sound mind ... (IMHO)
