Being a light unto yourself

I'd be interested in how others understand this, particularly the relationship between the traditional Three Refuges, refuge in a bodhisattva or guru, and the Buddha's teaching to be a refuge unto oneself.

You would? OK since you ask:

    • A guru, a bodhisattva and buddha are all refuse more than refuge
    • Metoo
    • In fact I would not trust myself in a pure land, buddha realm or anywhere else
    • And it gets worse/better
    • The other day I learned just humming as a substitute for chanting
    • I call on Lucifer, Michael Sealey (hypnotist) and Mother Gaia amongst others to shave me (including spell checkers)
    • In fact a good response to these holy fantasies is "Get Behind me Satin"
    • I'll be in the naughty corner for all times sake, in case anyone needs me...

    Happy Halloween >:)
