Sing, sing a song...

edited August 2008 in General Banter
I learned this game on another site and it is entertaining. You name a song title and the next person names another title that has one of the words from the first one, making a chain of associations.

So for instance,

Our House--CSNY ---> House of the Rising Sun--Bob Dylan

Your turn....

    Solsbury Hill by Peter Gabriel.

I love almost all of the songs listed above, I suspect that many of us are around the same age. I remember hearing a story about a piano salesman who, when meeting a customer, would play a song that was popular when they were late adolescents or young adults. It clinched the sale every time...

Awww! I'm so glad someone else knows that song! My sisters and I used to sing it when we were young. We made up a lovely little harmony to it. It was one of the only English songs we sang (we sang mostly Scottish Gaelic songs).

    Okay, let me see...

How about "Let it Be" ?

    (Hey!! That rhymed!)
