No-mind Meditation requires a deeper, more immediate concentration. The practice involves stopping the mind's every activity immediately and retaining that state of no-thought for as long as possible.

If you cannot yet observe your thoughts unaffected without judgment, the no-mind meditation will be a frustrating challenge.

'I am' is a construing. 'I am this' is a construing. 'I shall be' is a construing. 'I shall not be'... 'I shall be possessed of form'... 'I shall not be possessed of form'... 'I shall be percipient'... 'I shall not be percipient' ... 'I shall be neither percipient nor non-percipient' is a construing. Construing is a disease, construing is a cancer, construing is an arrow. By going beyond all construing, he is said to be a sage at peace.

Dhamma Dhatu. There is no dialogue to be had with you. You are a troll. When I first came online I didnt know what a troll was, but it has been an education. Your behavior fits the bill.

I will stay clear of you, and I ask that if I post a thread to discuss a mahayana topic such as the Heart Sutra you stay clear and do not attack it. Thanks.

There are no 2 quotes from one rinpoche in any of my posts...but what a clever excuse for your mistakes, O scholarly one ! I won't bother to ask how long you've been studying and practising. Perhaps instead I could suggest that it might be useful if you learn to spell English first, before criticising me any further.:)

I'm disappointed that not only do we have an instigator, but several who fell into his trap with such little grace.

    Surely your self-control is greater.
