If I commit suicide in order to donate my organs to save the lives of people who need organ transplant, will my positive karma outweigh the negative karma?

Because you have no choice in what happens to your body when you've left it.
They might deem the organs unsuitable, or they might degenerate before use can be made of them.
Suicide breaks the first precept.
Best not go there.
As far as I know he died from food poisoning.
And yes, suicide breaks the first precept.
I wouldn't recommend this unless you are a highly attained practitioner.
Ethically, the movie was appalling.
That's the only "deliberate" way out.
Wait for the proper opportunity to occur. That's what I'm ready to face.
I just gotta jump in and try to save someone's life should the need arise.
Also, have you thought about the effect on any potential recipient, even if you could get round that problem? I have a friend who has had a heart transplant. She is comforted by the fact that her donor died in an accident and so no longer needed his heart. What sort of comfort would it be knowing your donor had killed himself? It would be awful!
Why not donate bone marrow - you can do that safely while you're alive and it could save a life. I also have a friend alive today due to bone marrow transplant.
Suicide is never a good thing. It doesn't escape suffering, it simply postpones it for your next rebirth, as well as greatly increasing the suffering of everyone around you. Even if you think they don't care about you or imagine they'd be better off without you. Suicide, for whatever reason, causes great pain to everyone. It vastly increases suffering in the world - the complete antithesis of compassion and lovingkindness.
so, why not become a firefighter then?
You have much more to give than your organs. You can create much better karma!
People who commits suicide usually have suffered terribly and can see no way out of their suffering. I do not dispute the negative aspects of suicide but I still think that if your intention is to help others, the consequences cant be that bad.
Try these first; if you still have an abiding wish to suicide, have at it, Rip!
Of course, it's all about thoughts, which are ever so ephemeral anyway. heheheeheh
asking this type of question indicate there is more to understand Buddha's Teaching
