Routine? Not a chance. Every day is a different schedule. Some days I have class at 1000, some days I have to be in the operating room ready to go by 0630.

Only the food that isn't cooked. My family is vegetarian. "Simple variety" would be a good name for our 'diet'. We eat a wide variety of raw, simple and unprocessed foods.

That is really cool! Is it expensive? More expensive than non/raw? Also is it enough? You can gain weight? Energy? How do you feel? Any particular suggestions for what to eat on average day? or what you eat on average day? I was hoping to trying going raw a few times a week for a bit. I used to be vegetarian but found it really difficult. Thanks!:)

Meat is the most expensive thing for us to buy here, both financially and ethically. We eat more vegetables and grains to compensate for lack of raw bulk in flesh. I eat till I am 70-80% full. I am of perfectly normal weight (slightly under average) with almost no fat. I have enough energy for all my needs. I feel AMAZINGLY GREAT all of the time and cannot express my gratitude enough for the beauty and wonder of being alive and part of life. On an average day I eat fruit, vegies, herbs, legumes and grains in various dishes.
The easiest and most enjoyable introduction to healthy food is simply to eat more fresh fruit.
Not eating flesh, muscle and fat is as important to me as not smoking cigarettes.
