    Thao, thats putting words into my mouth. I said that Trungpa was a tulku and resigned as a monk.

    Did trungpa sexually abuse women? I haven't heard such allegations.
  • No, it's just a third case to add to the list of tulkus rejecting their status and giving back their robes. It does happen, probably more than we're aware.

    One of Trungpa's sons, Gesar Mukpo, has been identified as a Tulku. He never entered a monastery to study Buddhism, instead he has a family and is a film maker.
