    If I HAD TO, I'd get a temporary stickon tattoo of a smiley face. Or a butterfly.
    You know, the ones they give to kids.
    I don't understand people who get permanent tattoos. Who knows if I'm going to hate it in future...

    I have the head of a Blue Heron on my right upper arm and a lotus flower with a snake hiding in it on the inside of my lower left arm. I'm done!

    On my lower leg I have a Naga holding a conch, and on the opposite side I have a Lotus with a sphere rising out of it, within the sphere is a shadow of the Buddha. I also have a sleeve tat of a protection dragon. Many other tats that are not buddhist related...

    I have the Om Mani Pad Me Hum on my left lower forearm, and an Om on the left side of my chest. My other tats are also not Buddhist related.

    I would love to have the heart sutra done in characters, however it would be both labor and time intensive, plus,since I do not read Chinese or similar there is no guarantee that I'd not be getting say a newspaper article about the stock market on me!

    @I_AM_THAT the sphere tattoo sounds awesome.

    Well, idk, until recently, there were really strict about posting in the appropriate catetory....:scratch: Pretty emphatic about it, actually....

    Okay, don't take me too seriously. Here is my list
    * the japanese symbol for bullshit (my funny response to serious asain language tattos)
    * the social disortion dancing skeleton dude
    * a ying yang heart even though my boyfriend won't get a matching one
    * a trail of roses from my belly button to my chest
    or a snake biting an apple over a scar on my belly,

    * and the most important one, dum dum dum, left and right in script on the inside of my wrists, by a tattoo artist who knows the difference.

    Okay like I said don't take me seriuosly.
