Passed along in email this morning, this pretty funny take on keeping things good as new ... or what's actually new at all. It's an arena that a Buddhist might concern him- or herself with, I think.

    I've heard somewhere that DNA is more like blueprints. We also may have things in our DNA that will not become actualized... But I don't know if this is simply an oversimplification that may not be quite correct.

    As far as i am aware, brooms do not possess DNA.
    And Trigger is also certainly a dubious case......
