Lots of topics here for discussion. What's your question? Sri Dhammananda is a good source for interpretations of Buddhist doctrine. As good as any other, like Ajahn Brahm, etc. Actually Dhammananda is much more of a respected scholar.

Looks like all the main questions people post here are covered except vegetarianism. Helpful link. The answers I have read seem pretty spot on to me.

Fascinating. I would have liked to see a more skillful answer about the question on killing to end suffering, but he sounds like a wise man dedicated to spreading the Dharma.

Hi friend @Cinorjer in his book called "What Buddhists Believe", the Ven. talk several more topics, including vegetarianism and other that don't show in the page from later. Maybe in this book (very good, I recommended), you could find something better argumented about killing.

Probably. I have nothing but the utmost respect for the Ven monk's work. He and people like him can be credited with helping to bring the Dharma to the world at large. Plus, it's hard to give explanations of complex subjects in a way that isn't misunderstood by people who don't dive into the rich teachings.

he certainly answered most of the questions i had.

The questions all seem very superficial to me. It seems to me they come from a perspective of not knowing what one should do and looking for and outside authority to give an answer that one can than attempt to follow without really knowing why.
