Another wee wager..Barring individual incidents...any of us can walk under a bus...we will all still be here on 22/12/12..and on 1/1/13..and we will be more or less unchanged ..other than the usual changes that happen anyway/

i didn't pay any attention to 12/12/12 but offered $500 towards the cost of a meditation retreat and $47 worth of goods to a family (friends)

the wife has been suffering of depression and husband is (time to time become worse) an alcoholic
i heard the day before both of them were staying at home blaming each other and their little girl couldn't go to school for few days by thenbecause no one was there to take her to school

today i noticed that was on 12/12/12

by the time i left them, wife agreed to take (she took her medication while i was there) her medication and husband promised not to drink any more ( this is not the first time he promised but i take his word and told him i believe he would keep his promise)

i hope 12/12/12 is a turning point for their life (please send your collective blessings for this family)

It's also my birthday But while it was cool there really was nothing magical about the day. The dog ate my bamboo plant and threw up on the floor and then my son's blood sugar was so high that his meter didn't even read it. Otherwise, it was a pretty standard day, lol.

It is unfortunate to hear of the circumstance. Thank you for trying to help. What you did was very kind. The family will be in my prayers.

One friend has just accused me of being close minded for not being enthusiastic about a video she sent to me of Arcturus Ra speaking of the Mayan prediction.
I actually thought it was a joke and pretty much said as much. Well... actually I said that this was the guy that the Mayan prophecy was probably warning us all about.
Sigh...& my circle of friends get's smaller.
I'd enclose the link for feedback but I just don't want to give them the attention

Don't take offense to it, we all handle fear in a different way. The day in question will come soon enough.
