Remember only this; you need not believe the ideas, you need not accept them, and you need not even welcome them. Some of them you may actively resist. None of this will matter, or decrease their efficacy. But do not allow yourself to make exceptions in applying the ideas the workbook contains, and whatever your reactions to the ideas may be, use them. Nothing more than that is required.
Someone challenged me to do ACIM for a while. Challenge accepted. I found it very easy because I was doing a lot more at the time. People are VERY different in what works for them. Without any sense of disparagement or patronising (hopefully) I would place this under 'New Age Dharma', from what I remember it is influenced mainly by Christianity?
The important thing about 'the path' in whatever form, just as with running, you have to put on the shoes and . . . run . . .
