Thay was able to communicate that he wished to return home to Plum Village, and even though he cannot speak yet and has some difficulty swallowing, the stroke rehab center consented for him to return home:

That's the second bit of awesome news I heard today! Yay! Coincidentally, I'm reading "No Mud, No Lotus" right now.
(Well yeah...I coulda cut and pasted, but whot I ment wuz dat I couldn't acually engineer a total move of the akcherl post....)
LOL I just thought that maybe you weren't in a position to copy and paste it. I still can't figure out how copy/paste from my phone. Wasn't assuming you didn't know how
Yes, Mods can merge threads, or split a comment off to begin a new thread with it, but I don't think we can 'lift' a post from one thread and place it into another....
I guess @Linc would say "The impossible we can do. Miracles may take us a little longer!"
I was so glad to hear he's returning home. ( I know, I know, he would tell me home is in every step)..hahahaha. The winter weather has broken here and I'm going to the Monastery next week end for walking meditation. Can't wait to see everyone!! I'll report back if I get any additional info on him....
May you be comfortable, Thay.
