"I’m grateful for how things are and for how they’re not-
I’m grateful when I blow my nose to relieve it from the snot
I’m grateful for the life I’ve lead and how wisely it’s been spent-
I’m grateful and have no regrets leaving no thing to repent
I’m grateful for the challenges life presents and small luxuries too
I’m grateful when I’m happy and also appreciate feeling blue
I’m grateful for cause and effect including all the drama
I’m grateful for being able to be grateful and put this down to karma
Gratitude is a wonderful thing because it makes one stop and think-
There are many things in life to be grateful for when things go on the blink"
So if you're feeling down and out ...perhaps a little under the weather
use this time to feel grateful and if that don't work... tickle your 'self' with a feather
May we all feel grateful for something or absolutely nothing
