Anyone here done it or doing it? I started on Monday after a couple of weeks of building up to it. It's very good. Very hard but the instructor, Shaun T, keeps you motivated - more motivated than i'd be by myself, and all the exercises are adaptable and just done at your own pace, even though you're encouraged to 'push it'.
I find exercise very beneficial for my spiritual practice... improved concentration, focus, clarity, energy etc. Although I can feel quite irritable post-exercise, but, again, this is good testing ground for my practice too.

Let me guess... It's not free? Hahah.
Sorry! That's the first thing that came up
I do crossfit as my training, exercise is such a fantastic tool.
It's free if you download it illegally a la me!
I don't need an 'insanity workout', my imaginary psychiatrist is another matter
You might like it. I feel like a stick of dynamite post-workout.
Stick of dynamite eh? Are you training to be a Negoro-gumi-bear?

No, no, I don't literally feel like a stick of dynamite, it was a simile.

Again, just to clarify, I am 100% human-being.
Ah OK. Understood.
Thought you might have a percentage reserved for Buddha Dynamite ...
I did it for a while; it's tough. Mrs Tosh is a fan of it also, she uses it to supplement her running.
Which of course, is theft and goes against the second precept.
Ooooh good point! Hell realm for me!
See you there. Get the crumpets toasting....
Hell would be PERFECT for crumpets.
