This seems to be mostly Zen based, and with some reference to Japanese Zen in the hosted articles. I like the approach, there is a certain cleanliness.
Yes, Zen Based, really Chan ( Chinese Zen) based with an understanding of Japanese Zen. The Grand-master studied in China and Japan.
