For those intending to practice ... here are some tips:
- Keep the spine relaxed, note use of hammock-mind
- You can drop the hat or wear it
- Wear loose or lost clothing
- Think beach, not wail
- Keep the Inner Shining

Attitude or posture, not bad attitude or posturing is a good start. So for example turning a daily activity into a practice can be effective.
For example:

Turn shower water/cleaning into a process of washing/cleansing of impediments. The waste water is used to feed the hell realms ... in itself a form of dana ...
