I subscribe to Matthieu Ricard's articles and 'Thought of the Week' Posts. He's done more to lift my spirits in the past 3 months than anything else has. Not that I've been particularly negatively affected, but it's been gratifying to read his thoughts....

Are you putting up a link...?
Hopefully not. I thought it very profound. What more can be said?
Did I go wrong again?
No link, but you can download the podcast for free on iTune. I found the podcast to be very beneficial and it maintains the listeners interest.
I learned quiet a bit from listening.

Enjoy.
