Yeah! Hurrah! I also thought it was pretty funny that he adds pop-culture figures into his paintings, you can spot a Minion in the bottom right of the first painting.
The minions mantra as you may know is
BA NA NA
… this has many fruity meanings eg
BAR NA-NA in other words bar/stop nah-nah or double negativity/negation
I really like his paintings, I like how he plays with style, almost photo-realistic sometimes and at other times drawn and cartoon-like and dreamy.
