It used to be in the sidebar to the left, but it vanished in an update a while back. Is it ever going to return? I don’t need it, but one of our new members asked me about it, so I thought I’d post an official question.
Also I have found sometimes the Quote and Post buttons don’t work? I use the latest Safari on my iPad, but I suspect it has something to do with the automatic draft saving feature or maybe a server side error? Sometimes I can get Post Comment to work by pressing and holding on my iPad which brings up the Preview window.

I never knew it was there. I only ever read on my iPhone, and I think the appearance is different from what I used to see on the computer.

I honestly have no idea, and this software is so old & not updated these days that I'm reticent to invest time debugging it. My time is going into a replacement.
I've hacked a 'Browse by Category' link into the sidebar at the bottom.
