Oh please know! If you did that my brain would have nothing to do, begin to pine, realise it hasn't got a life, shrivel up, and die.

Ronald Reagan was the president of the United States in the 80's, around the same time as Margaret Thatcher was your Prime Minister, Jellybean. He was a Conservative president and his political views were similar to hers. Real hard asses and by 'hard asses' I don't mean they went to the gym a lot. :D

No, no, Boo's got it all wrong! Ronald Reagan was a TV clown, sort of like Bozo.

I'll go with Boo, I don't like clowns, they're fake and unnatural *shivers*.

Yeah, now you understand who Ronald Reagan was! He was fake, and he gave a lot of people the shivers!

I haven't seen this film yet but it does have Sigourney Weaver in it and as soon as I build a time machine I'm going back to 1979 and marrying that woman.
  • edited February 2010
Eh. It was okay. It was more pretty than anything. Story has been done before. I'd wait 'til it's on t.v.
    My BF loved it though.

    Does he love Sigorney?
  • edited February 2010
I suppose it would be watchable on Telly, although a big part of the experience is a big screen with a proper sound system and, of course, the 3d.

Sigourneys performance isn't a patch on her work in Aliens, where you get the whole kaboodle. Contrast the intensity of the performances and brilliant cast in Aliens with the more forgettable characters in Avatar and maybe you'll see for yourself.
