Currently a corporate investigator. I investigate theft and policy violations, among several other collateral duties. It's not a 100% done deal yet, but I will very likely go back to being a full-time student after the new year, studying medical technology.

I am doing BS in Psychology, but not sure...
As the debt would be 46,000 after 2 years...
I am looking for something else, as working in Sales is draining and against my ethics...
    Any thoughts on Sales/Marketing industry?

Probably not. I'm not really into the whole ivory tower, academic thing. I really like helping people learn english, so I may just get my TESOL and become an ESL teacher.

Sort of a "waste" of my education some may say, but my sociology education has brought me to the understandings and worldviews I have today.

I am in Sales myself and I dread it.
I cannot wait to get my BS in Psychology and try to get a job at non-profit.
    Or open my own non-profit.

    I'm in Kamloops BC.
It has worked out well for us, but we don't have children, I doubt we could have done this if we had kids, and we are both pretty non-materialistic.
The beauty is that I generally start work at around 2:00 in the afternoon, and then teach until around 7:30 or 8:00 in the evening. I work monday through Friday. Cannot beat the commute to work either....I walk down a flight of stairs!
We follow the public school schedule so we are off for summers, Christmas and spring break, however that means we have to budget for the lack of income in the summer.

I used to work as a personnel practitioner in the (State) department of education, but opted to take early retirement due to anxiety disorder and depression.

Because of my few needs now-a-days, the pension and investment income is more than adequate for a comfortable living - but, for the wife and kids (all grown up now), no amount of income will be enough :D. They, like many others, think that there's something wrong with people finding contentment with a simple lifestyle. :)

I do wish that all those who are unemployed or earn inadequate income find themselves in better circumstances soon.
