Mind and Heart are available in most styles of practice.
There is more. There is always more.

In some traditions these practices are considered esoteric and taught privately. For example I practiced five element/chakra meditation from Shingon.

What say you essence a sense of moon stone?
Comments
How do they get the essence out of the moonstone and into the tea?
My mother likes the chakra’s. She is 71 so I indulge her. Maybe I will get her some of the tea.
They use will o' the wisp and active mandrake to suck the life out of the moonstone, then infuse it into the tea leaves on a night of the full moon. Or some night when someone's taken a huge bite out of it, and left a little cheese for anyone else...
Kind of in between my trying to finish school with a mental illness and recovering more and studying Buddhist teachings with more focus I did a chakra healing practice that I made for myself from this book (at bottom):
It is supposed to be a gentle method you use your own intuition for. It talks mainly about the 7 chakras but also the aura and the hand and foot chakras. The practices (I'll star the ones I participated in): aroma therapy*, herbal*, Bach flower, gemstones, affirmations*, syllables*, light yoga*, visualizations, reading*, meditation*, activities (eg nature for root chakras and water for sacral), etc..
If I could easily find 20 minutes 3x per week I still have the book. I practiced with it 2005-2009? I've looked back on it after finding it recently and did a few yoga exercises etc

There is virtue/value in drinking new age hokum. Being inspired by bog1 oshow flower powered gurus if required as a stepping stone ... is such a stone ...
Not everybody takes the bait of being seduced by flimflam BUT transforms it into potential healing as @Jeffrey mentions.
Being attentive to areas of the body, the nature of being will change. Just as relaxed attention to breath sensation effects our entry into beneficial calmed breathing.
The Buddha Tease is just that. Warm water is just as miraculous.
... and now back to the chakra ...
It looks like I ran out of time for an edit but I did bookmark the TinyUrl website.

The predominant influences/hindrances/suffering/helpings can in traditional systems be linked to body/chakra.
How then to heal a body/mind/being out of kilter? @federica in the 'listening to music' thread was wild dancing ... Music and dance lifts our being. Physical activity heals our spirits/mood.
Chanting cleanses heart, communication, body and mind chakras/influences.
... meanwhile? ... Tea time?
