Thank you very much for coming back @ginab! This means I get to share my favorite - nay, only - Rumi quote :-)
'Come, come, whoever you are. Wanderer, worshiper, lover of leaving. It doesn't matter. Ours is not a caravan of despair. come, even if you have broken your vows a thousand times. Come, yet again , come , come.'
Maybe a book or teacher on Youtube is a good place to (re)start.
What websites could you recommend to me to reaffirm Buddhism? Thank you!

I'm back to realize my faults and change my habits. It's good to be home.

The Cuban people are suffering immensely because of the U.S. blockade and sanctions, which have been drastically escalated by the Trump administration This has led to a critical shortage of medical supplies, with the UN reporting that children are dying because doctors lack essential medicines. Hospitals are overwhelmed, and there are severe shortages of food, fuel, and electricity, with daily blackouts often exceeding 20 hours.
In a further act of pressure, Trump has threatened tariffs on countries that supply oil to Cuba, aiming to cut off their fuel supply and force a regime change. The aim of my visit is to show solidarity with the Cuban people and to bear witness to their resilience in the face of these hardships. However, the crisis has also grounded most international airlines. They have suspended flights to Cuba because they can no longer refuel their planes on the island.

I’ve been to Cuba… it was fun, I spent some time in Havana and at a tourist resort lounging on the beach.
