Here's a new, fun little game if anyone wants to join in (makes a little change from the Word Association thread!):

GIve a bit of 'good' news - but then, point out the 'bad' news!

The following player MUST give some good news about the previous bad news - but then add some bad news of their own still staying pertinent (just about, sort of) to the subject!

I'll give an example.

Good News!
At least 100 new applicants a week!

Bad News!
98 of them are Spam!

Good News!
It keeps Fede on her toes!

Bad News!
Her gammy leg means she keeps falling over!

As we know, or maybe should, sport is largely a form of substitute warfare.
That is why I prefer more direct sports that involve killing … simulated of course:

• Tai Chi Chuan (grand ultimate fisting)
• Taekwondo (the art of knocking people off horses and attacking defenceless wood)

I don't like:

• boxing, hitting people with hard hand cushions
• professional wrestling, theatrical posturing
• MMA (uses caged apes)

meanwhile …

• Dancing … all those killer moves … wait that may be simulated sex … ah well, useful fitness
• Synchronised swimming … what the hell is that …

… and now back to team efforts …

Meds were delivered early enough, and I got most of what I wanted to get done last night, so jumped back in the car and drove back today.

I missed my calling in life. Should have been a long-distance trucker. lol
