ooh I love the belief-o-matic. It is very helpful to think about where you are and how much you agree or disagree, the questions are authentic and thoughtful as well.

I love the belief-o-matic too. The ludicrousness appeals to me. I forget which religion(s) fit my preferences, but even if I went back and did it again -- and found out again -- what earthly good would it do me when the dirty dishes need washing?
-- what earthly good would it do me when the dirty dishes need washing?
A very good reminder.
Doing the dishes is definitely Catholic. This is from the kitchen prayer by Teresa of Avila:
O Lord of pots and pans and things, Since I have no time to be a great saint by doing lovely things, or watching late with Thee, or dreaming in the dawnlight, or storming Heaven's gates, Make me a saint by getting meals, and washing up the plates.
Neo Pagan 100% (I don't really know what this is!) Mahayana Buddhism 97% New Age 95%
If you go into your email the full results are sent there. Unsurprisingly Jehovah's Witness only managed to roll in at 16% and Roman Catholic at 19%. I'm not a fan of those two I have to say, although respect their rights to their own views of course.
In the email I received, It says that I’m (only) 64% Taoist. But when I read the link on Taoism I agree with that completely. Now I’m confused. I don’t know what I am anymore!
@Zenff, totally off topic, but I love your avatar! I am of Dutch descent, grandmother was born in Haarlem. Holland is a lovely country, and I hope to go back again sometime.

WTF?!
lol! I took the quiz here last winter, and it came up something like New Age, then Neo-Pagan. The third one was something like Unitarian Universalist or Quaker, or something. I guess some of us are on the wrong forum! ^_^
It's not on there. But I'm pretty close to Gnosticism. I was 100% Unitarian Universalist, then some Scientology and something else that I can't remember.
Actually most likely the same. I was in an Indian Orthodox christian church and we all scored like that basically, no christian really on the list except some liberal quaker way down the list. I may change my label but not my beliefs (or lack thereof)

@Thao, I was thinking about the same, have you been to an UU meeting?
Yes, I have. I just joined our local Unitarian Church two weeks ago. I like that they all have their own belief system. Everyone is different in their beliefs. I had been going on and off for 5 years. I love that they are all free thinkers.
