A cave calls. Time for retreat again. The difficulty of moving away from my keyboard confirms it.
Mostly I wish to express my gratitude to all the practise and heart that's been shared here these last 3 months.
I think you have kept my compass truer that it might otherwise have been. You have become sangha to me and brought examination to endless assumptions. Blessing to all.

Im throwing the dinner leftovers in there, and I INSIST you
take my decoder ring.
Also, Ill wrap up a little care package of courage, love, support,
and some real acceptance. When it feels like you cant go on,
take it out, and give it a good @how poke!
This may sound 'Mommy', but I put in a couple of band-aids
and some alcohol. Those caves can get dangerous!
