What is True Practice? -- Hyon Gak Sunim
Just a healthy reminder from a Zen guy. This was helpful for me and i hope it is for some other folks as well, knowing how easy it is to get "caught" or "stuck"

I liked the video very much, very sparse in that kind of Zen way. But I think keeping hold of my original mind is probably out of reach, I've read way too many books in my lifetime
Now isn't that a concept to conjure with...
Nice Dharma video talk @wojciech
"Don't attach to anything that arises in the mind!"
Thus have I 'also' heard "Sabbe dhamma nalam abhinivesaya"
"Nothing whatsoever should be clung to"
It's those damn clinging aggregates that keeps one stuck in the mud
Tee Hee. What a great vid @wojciech
'Don't Know Mind' is too empty for me. I wouldn't know what not to think about
[I'll be in the naughty corner with the ultra spirituals awaiting ... Nothing apparently]
