Creating a Buddhist flyer for distribution

BunksBunks Australia Veteran

Hi all

If you wanted to create a flyer for distribution to sell this path to people, what words of inspiration would you include (in 25 words or less)?

Well, it can be free if you are determined enough to do the legwork and online work to find what you need without paying for it. For most, we spend money on books and retreats. But I don't think it has to be that way? Wisdom, really, is always free and always within us. Just different people have a gift for explaining it to others and have decided (in mutual agreement) that that gift is able to be charged a fee for.

Hmm. I'll have to think on a slogan.

    Good article @Lobster.

I remember hearing Louis CK say he caught a lift (sorry, elevator) when he was performing at one of Trump's Hotels and the great man (cough, cough) got in the lift too.

He said he looked utterly miserable......

All that money and a monkey mind. No thanks!

    Heineken don't do religion,
But if they did, Buddhism would probably be it.

Refreshes the parts other religions cannot reach.

    Open your world.

PS: Don't worry about plagiarism; your borrowed phrase isn't going to appear in such a way, or as broadly broadcast, as to threaten the original advertising slogan.
If you were to use it in a repeated TV national advert, for example, they'd be down on you (rightly) like a ton of bricks. If however, you're going to print a run of 250, staple some up in your area, and put the remainder through doors or under windscreen wipers, I doubt very much they'd even bat a eyelid.....

" Keep to the RIGHT ... You can't go wrong "

Too right wing for me but the sentiment is in the right place :p

You will notice the Middle Way eventually consists of

    Right Understanding ... Left
    Right Thought ... Left
    Right Speech ... Left
    Right Action ... Left

    etc.

Speech becomes silence, action non-action, thought empty, understanding exposed as opinion etc ...
So it is all right again ...

    Ah words ... :3
