He elaborates that if neuroscience can construct a way in which he can reap the psychological and biological rewards of meditation without going through the practice each morning, he would be apt to adopt the innovation

    Hmm sounds good...just pop a meditation help navigate Samsara... by riding the [gamma] waves... on a jetski rather than the more traditional surfboard ...

    Entrainment and mind machines in my experience are no better than ambient and relaxing sound tracks at creating relaxed states. No shortcuts to gamma yet. :(

    These gamma states do seem to induce well being or resonance in those around us, to a greater or lesser degree. In other words by our practice we are changing our world from the mindlessly whirled ... ✔️
