Clinging to thoughts and feelings
Dukkha is..........Unawareness
... stepping on a lego.
It concentrates the mind wonderfully on how, even when everything seems calm, quiet, peaceful, uneventful, still.... one tiny piece of dukkha can completely eradicate any feeling of stable serenity in less time it takes for a fly to fart.
Dukkha is.......that which permeates life in Samsara but more often than not we are too blind to see it at work...for it is a master of disguise .....
It is easy to be awake, woken by the pain ...
However all experience is tinged or yin/yang seeded ...
Be patient with impermanence it won't change ... wait ... can that be true ... 😌🙏🏽💗🦞
