The untraceable path of the flight of birds in the sky of one cloud,

Life goes by so fast, this life is like a sparrow being watched by a cat.

Thus have I heard: The Chinese believe that everyone is granted a predetermined number of breaths, from beginning to end. The way to prolong one's life therefore, is to s-l-o-w the breath down. You still have the same number, but you can add to your time by slowing it down...
Maybe it's the same for sparrows, and the beats of their wings... Sparrows fly so fast, condors fly so slowly... Sparrows live for 3 years, Condors can live anything up to 50.
In a life where you can be anything, be a Condor...

A cat is a cat. Not a friend of a sparrow but a condor could kill a cat, The reality is, if your a condor , be a condor. Our reality is observed by conditions beyond our control, The hungry cat(Death) looking at the sparrow (life) will untimately prevail, The story is from Aesops fables and is exposing "True Nature"
regarding the breath: unfortunately its one of those idiosyncrasies much like a telomere.
