Hi all, I want to make an Audio Book to upload to YouTube.

Does anyone have experience in this kind of thing?

Thanks @lobster . This was really what I was after. I have already set up a YouTube channel etc.
I want to read the book some more before starting. The author speaks English as a second language so I need to make some adjustments. I’m not sure if he had anyone edit the book, but if he did I hope he didn’t pay them as they didn’t do much of a job!
But he did very well given the circumstances.
I’ve received his permission to create an audio book.
