This insight has been around for a while but its not very well known. People model ways that people can interact in "Game Theory". It turns out the best way to get the most for yourself over multiple interactions is to be kind and cooperate, with the caveat of "standing up" to bullies. Anyway, its a really interesting and uplifting story showing how being good is good.
