I've been on a bit of a kick doing jigsaw puzzles the past few months. I've had some time off with the winter season slowing down and have been able to get more present with my mental states. I've noticed a feeling in me when I've finished a puzzle and its time to take it apart. There's an attachment and a hesitancy to undo it, its something of a good practice to be able to confront that feeling and let it go, to move past it and become comfortable with the discomfort. I think its similar to the idea of the Tibetan's sand mandalas where once complete they break them down as a reminder of impermanence.
