Hot Stuff
Whilst we have a heatwave in England, Europe and MANY other places...
- I have the Window (not Windows) open. Not too unpleasant through the night time cooling
- I occasionally improve and update my minimalist website
- Have moved the ioniser + fan above the skylight to suck and push up heated air
- Chased a lost red admiral to exit by the skylight
- Think I may have a cup of tea (the universal panacea)

I'm writing sad poems lately. Attachment to emotions and partners is annoying. But oh well! 
It makes you human after all.

What an excellent definition of healing, which of course references the root of the word healing, which comes from ‘to make whole’. But I think in that it also includes a tendency towards balanced, normal modes of being, which has relevance for mental health. So one could say wholeness for mind, body and spirit.
